I really enjoyed the class and have loved putting the grounded energy
of goddesses back into my life as it continues to shift and sway. There
are those times (and I've had quite a few during the course) where it
feels like someone just shook up the snow-globe of my life and it helps
tremendously to have tools that help keep my calm and grounded as I wait
for everything to settle into place again. If there's anything I've
learned through this process, it's that change is a guaranteed part of
life and resisting it is much less effective and fun than just learning
to flow with it. So thank you for giving me some new tools I can use to

This is by far the most difficult writing assignment that I have ever endeavored to complete. I say this only because I don’t know the right words to describe the magnificently positive changes that have occurred in my life since I met Sharon Walker but I’m going to give it my best effort. I suppose I should begin at the beginning or at least where I perceive the beginning to be. Sharon and I were co-workers for some time before I utilized her unique professional, or more appropriately, her unique universal connection services. Whenever Sharon came into the office, she truly radiated peace and joy. The BEST group for me has been about furthering and integrating the healing process I embarked upon in 1976 after a back injury during an auto accident. Although I had a session of spiritual, mental and emotional healing within a few hours of the incident, picking up with a facilitator who came to the emergency room on what I did on my own a few minutes after the accident, the medical people didn't suggest any holistic work and I knew nothing about body work back then. 2 years later a nutritionist recommended a fine chiropractor and from then on I explored, experimented and sought various types of holistic and alternative healing, never returning for any kind of medical treatment since. It's been an interesting journey. Most recently I've had Bowen Therapy, Zero Balancing bodywork and deep-tissue massages. A few months ago I began to envision my left hip, legs and foot feeling as well as my right, BEST seems to have fit in with, integrated and forwarded all of that and my thighs and lower back are more limber than a month ago and the foot injured a few years ago seems better where nothing helped it before. I am just now starting to journal all of the amazing things that have happened to me. It is quite fascinating once I look at the nuances of my life, how my willingness to RECEIVE really enabled me to allow subtle changes in my life as well as new opportunities. I have found that several new people have come into my life which has been wonderful. I have been also incorporating new rituals into my routine, such as calling in the archangels, and also meditating on the 72 names of god (Kaballah) regularly. I have also been having some telling dreams and finding my attitudes shifting more and more towards "abundance consciousness". There is more but I will stop there for now......
